Client coordinators have the opportunity to serve their community by being the person who provides life-saving connections to therapy.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries or concerns
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events for clients
- Maintain accurate client records and update information as needed
- Assist with data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth project coordination
- Confidently manage direct incoming and outgoing calls
- Provide administrative support, such as filing, organizing documents, and managing office supplies
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE:
- Experience with mental health billing
- Experience in a front office role
- Able to work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and computer systems
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to easily transition from one task to another with interruptions
Ideal candidate will have worked in Simple Practice EHR.
