- Supervise kitchen operations, including food preparation and quality control
- Utilize TOAST POS system for order processing and tracking
- Handle drink and cashier duties as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
**Skills:**
- Proven experience in team management within the hospitality industry
- Proficiency in inventory management to optimize resources
- Strong kitchen management skills, including cooking experience
- Knowledge of Toast POS system for efficient restaurant operations
- Excel and Word skills are a plus
- Exceptional customer service abilities to enhance guest experiences
- Proficient in food preparation techniques
