The job of School Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to the school site, assuring the smooth and efficient operation of the school office; establishing and maintaining records; compiling and distributing materials and reports; and responding to inquiries from a variety of internal and external sources.
This is a 10-month position, 7.5 hours daily, Monday-Friday.
Experience and Education
- Job related experience is required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Three (3) years experience as a secretary or two (2) years experience as a school administrative assistant with District 65
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary starts at $21.40/hr or $34,668
