Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Injury Case Manager to join our legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload of personal injury cases, providing support to clients, insurance adjusters, and medical providers, and ensuring that cases progress smoothly and efficiently from intake to settlement. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of personal injury law and possess excellent organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial case evaluations to determine the merits of each case and develop a case strategy.
- Opening claims with insurance companies
- Collect, review and organize all necessary documentation, such as medical records and bills, police reports, and witness statements.
- Communicate regularly with clients and medical providers to keep them informed of case status and any developments.
- Negotiate with insurance companies and other parties to ensure maximum recovery for the client.
- Maintain accurate and detailed case records in the case management system.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a personal injury case manager or similar position.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage a large volume of cases with competing deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, case management software, and document management systems.
- REQUIRED: Bilingual in Spanish
