Immediate opening for dedicated and hard working Experienced Home Stager with amazing work ethic who loves what they do!
Ideal candidate must possess:
- minimum 2 years previous staging experience
- ability to work fast, but with great attention to detail
- ability to handle multiple tasks
- be highly creative
- proven and strong leadership skills
- strong communication and organizational skills
- 'buck stops here' mindset
- Positive, growth mindset - solution focused, not on what's wrong/not working
- Must have reliable transportation to and from our warehouse in Carnation.
Primary responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Design, plan, organize all aspects of the stage job with other team members
- Create & install amazing designs in homes
- Select & pull inventory for staging and carefully pack small accessories into crates for transport
- Participates physically in all matters of staging a home. Pack & unpack inventory, organize, lift & carry inventory, design and install staging at the property
- Clean up after the stage & destage
- Vacuuming/swiffering/dusting/cleaning/glass/mirrors/steaming beds
- Restock, unpack boxes, clean & organize inventory at the warehouse in an efficient, timely manner
