Development and implementation of strategies to insure annual regional revenue growth in line with corporate objectives is met.
Preparation of annual sales business plans and implementation of those plans for the respective region.
Direct involvement in key and target accounts.
Manage the sales activities and time management of the District Sales Managers. Ensure the team is utilizing CRM per our standard work guidelines.
Coach and develop District Sales Managers to achieve their highest potential.
Provide recommendations of national sales plans, distributor plans, and policies relating to the sales force and customers.
Implement sales plans, distributor plans, and policies relating to the sales force and customers.
Create a work environment that is clean, safe, and environmentally friendly.
Manage processes and controls to ensure that all policies are implemented and enforced.
Maintain a high level of ethics in customer dealings and to protect the interests of the company in any commercial dealings and transactions entered into within the region.
Provide regular and consistent feedback to the Vice President of Sales regarding progress on key target account, territory sales activities, and customer concerns.
Demonstrate strong leadership skills to assist the company in achieving its goals.
Provide input into the creation of the overall company strategy and identify ways to provide strategic advantages for NORD Gear in the marketplace.
