The role of the Human Resources Coordinator is an entry level position to assist the Talent Director in optimizing staffing levels and continuing to keep the pipeline full of qualified potential leaders. This position specifically supports the Bloomington, MN and Mall of America locations. We are passionate about continued leadership development. The ideal candidate shares this value and will commit to engaging in our Leadership Development Program. As a part of our Chick-fil-A Bloomington Leadership Team, training on the floor (e.i. Cashier and Server) is required to help support the team during rushes. The responsibilities of a Human Resources Coordinator include, but are not limited to:
Staffing Responsibilities:

Consistent communication with the Ops team to be aware of staffing needs

Review Candidates and set-up phone interviews

Conduct phone interviews

Assist in New Hire paperwork and onboarding process

Conduct orientation
Recruiting Responsibilities:

Help create and enforce recruiting plan

Stay up to date with current recruiting methods

Attract exceptional talent
-
Attending job fairs and career events
-
Understand staffing requirements
-
Build talent networks in the community to find qualified candidates.

Provide a weekly update to the People Director on progress of recruiting.
This position includes:

40 hours a week (excluding break time)
-
20 hrs on the floor (Working in shift with the team)

20 hrs admin time
-
Over time available to meet business needs
Compensation & Benefits:

$22-$24/hourly

10 days of PTO (5 days allotted for the first 6 months of employment)

In our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients. And we always have. Since the beginning, we've served chicken that is whole breast meat, with no added fillers or hormones, and we bread it by hand in our restaurants. Produce is delivered fresh to our kitchens several times a week. Salads are chopped and prepared fresh throughout the day. It may not be the easy way, but it's the only way we know.
