Social Media Producer, Personal Social at Industria Studios
Industria Studios is seeking a creative, self-motivated, and organized full-time Social Media Producer to manage the personal social media accounts of our high-profile clients and campaigns for some of the biggest entertainment franchises in the world.
This Social Media Producer will be a key team member involved in nearly every aspect of the day-to-day management and production of personal social media content. The ideal candidate will be passionate about entertainment and social media with a keen eye for detail and excellent writing, communication, and time management skills.
The Social Media Producer roles include a variety of tasks such as managing multiple social channels, from ideation to delivery, liaising with clients, and handling complex sign-off procedures. This position also involves social analytics and reporting, making strategy recommendations based on analytics, copywriting, community management, producing and capturing content on location, working at events with high-profile clients, and handling social media posting across various platforms.
Our main office is in London where we have a large team. This role will be working directly with our smaller but growing NYC office. This producer will be a key member of the team and will have daily interactions with colleagues on both sides of the pond.
Essential:
- Minimum 2+ years experience creating social content and managing campaigns across social media platforms professionally, ideally for high-profile individuals or an entertainment brand
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience in account and client management, proficient in managing stakeholder relationships internally and externally.
- A good understanding of social analytics, the ability to create insight reports, and experience in using data to inform strategy and content creation
- Confident in ideating creative ideas and briefing designers on assets that work within client guidelines and giving clear, specific feedback in a timely manner
- Experience in content shoot planning, producing, or shooting content on location with talent. Experience working with high-profile individuals.
- Experience in creating content decks and planning publishing calendars
- Demonstrates strong ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively with international teams, exhibiting exceptional organizational skills, flexibility, and adeptness at managing multiple tasks at once.
Desired:
- Basic photo and video editing abilities
- Strong copywriting abilities across multiple tones-of-voice
- Previous experience working with talent and being on set
- A second language would be beneficial as we manage worldwide campaigns
- Experience doing live coverage of events and shooting photo/video content
- Agency background
