Licensed Clinical Supervisor - School Based Mental Health Services (ERMHS)

Beacon School is seeking a dedicated clinical supervisor to join our team and positively influence the lives of young individuals. This position supervises therapists working in San Mateo County public schools, with a home base in the South San Francisco Unified School District (SSFUSD).
About Beacon School: Beacon School is a special education organization that provides contracted mental health and behavior support services within multiple school districts throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.
About The Position: The clinical supervisor coordinates a comprehensive team of clinicians who provide Educationally Related Mental Health Services (ERMHS) in three middle and two high schools in SSFUSD. The clinical supervisor also provides supervision to mental health clinicians assigned to multiple school districts in San Mateo County.

Job Information/Duties: As a full-time clinical supervisor and site coordinator, you will have the opportunity to:
Work full time in a school environment, in person with students and educators
Provide individual and group supervision weekly to a group of 5-7 associate clinicians to support their growth as therapists
Collaborate with school district staff to manage caseloads for clinicians and identify students requiring assessment for services
Serve in a leadership position in a therapeutic middle school classroom, supporting the Beacon School clinician and district educators with providing mental health informed, trauma sensitive interventions
Co-facilitate therapy groups within the therapeutic classroom setting with the Beacon clinician assigned to the program
Support clinicians with conducting comprehensive assessments, developing treatment goals, and participating in IEPs

Qualifications:
Registered with the BBS as an LMFT, LPCC for a minimum of two years
Eligible to provide supervision to associate clinicians
Pay and Benefits:
Salaried position- $75,000-$85,000 annually
$1500 sign-on bonus
Approximately seven weeks annually of paid school closure time
Additional compensation for bilingual individuals
