We are seeking a friendly, outgoing individual who has a passion for aesthetics, has a strong work ethic and is interested in a long-term position. This position requires English and Chinese (Mandarin) speaking both in person and over the phone, so having the right skillset and going above and beyond for our patients is most important. Medical or aesthetic or marketing background is preferred.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide expert knowledge and understanding of our procedures
- Provide concierge duties - phone, mail and email coverage in English and Mandarin
- Create marketing communications and social media contents (Wechat, Red book) in Chinese
- Translate communication between providers and Mandarin speaking patients
- Perform administrative tasks
- Create and manage newsletter and social media content
- Assist the Director with all tasks, including data entry, training, and scheduling
- Collaborate with any team or project as required, assisting with non-specialized tasks
- Keep updated on industry trends and consumer market
- Helping the Patient Care Coordinator with managing details of a patient's journey from consultation to office visits, surgery and follow up.
- Maintain a professional appearance
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Fluent in Chinese and English (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Being able to use marketing and social media skills and experience to efficiently grow our online presence.
- Video editing experience a plus
- Legally Eligible to Work in the United States
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
