Our Graphics Specialist – Marketing Support Associate will assist with all aspects of event collateral & graphics.
The hours for this position are during business hours with occasional weekend and evening events. This position will maintain the highest of Event by M standards of safety, cleanliness, and sanitation.
Graphics Specialist – Marketing Support responsibilities:
- Creation of event registration links that convey client marketing campaigns and messaging
- Manage and update registration links on an ongoing basis
- Report registration link activity to Team EbM and clients
- Creation of PDF and/or OFT invites for client events and send related calendar invites
- Creation and support of client marketing materials and collateral including labels, tags, signage, notecards, etc. and assembling or packaging when applicable
- Manage inventory of current client logos and colors to ensure continuity of client brand in created materials
- AV Support for Onsite Events
- Inventory of AV supplies, ensuring 100% availability
- Manage setup and operation of AV equipment at events
- Availability to travel, both locally and nationwide, to support events requiring AV assistance
- Manage Video Conferencing Platform
- Set up video conferences, assigning hosts or hosting when necessary
- Support during video conferences when needed including sharing slides, highlighting guests, etc.
- Create and maintain inventory of recorded client and EbM hosted events
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Strong organizational skills and follow through
- Regularly required to talk, hear, and stand
- Frequently required to reach, bend, stoop, shake, stir, pour, carry, push, and lift objects up to 20 pounds
- Able to tolerate substantial repetitive motion of the wrists, hands, and fingers
- Well-groomed hair and personal hygiene are essential. Neat and clean business casual attire is required in office and neat and clean EbM provided attire is required for onsite events.
- Basic knowledge of spoken and written English
- High school diploma or equivalent; BA preferred
- Basic skills in office productivity software such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MS Outlook
- Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations, to include addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Compose clear, professionally written correspondence and other written communications as needed
- Possess Customer Service skills such as patience, quick thinking, consistency, knowledge, and attentiveness
- Understand EbM Brand and Mission
- Maintain client confidentiality, ensuring that critical and personal information from EbM and customers is never compromised
Preferred Skills
- Proficient with WIX Web Design or similar platform
- Ability to work well in a high stress, fast paced environment
- Scheduling flexibility to meet operational needs. Hours may be extended or irregular to include nights, weekends, and holidays
- Prior experience in the food service and event industries is beneficial to understanding EbM business and brand
- Comfortable with technology – eager to learn new systems
- Preferred proficiency in Adobe Suite
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $48,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year
