St. Catherine of Sienna parish under the Diocese of Altoona-Johnstown has an immediate opening for a part-time administrative assistant with a work schedule of 25 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting visitors and answering phones
- Creating and distributing parish communications
- Implementing accounting functions of the parish office
- Supporting parish councils and committees
Qualifications:
- Supportive of the mission of the Catholic Church
- Successful completion of clearances and training applicable to the Diocese of Altoona-Johnstown
- Associate degree in business and two years of related experience or five years of practical experience
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
