Warehouse Associate
Wage: $14-16 per hour | Full-time or Part-Time Options | On-the-Job Training Available | Comprehensive Benefits including PTO, Dental/Health/Vision Insurance, and 401K Matching for Full-Time positions
Required hours: 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM and/or 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM; can be morning only shift or evening only shift for part-time work or can fulfill both required shifts daily for full-time work.

About the Role:
In this critical role, you will tackle real challenges and make a tangible impact every day. At SERVPRO, we’re dedicated to turning back the clock on property damage, ensuring every site is restored "Like it never even happened®." You will assist with warehouse planning and facility maintenance while following and enforcing all safety procedures on the facility and/or job site. You will be working with skilled construction tradesmen, including trades such as electricians, carpenters, plumbers, painters, drywall installers, flooring installers, general contractors, and remodelers.
As a Warehouse Associate you will be responsible for organizing all SERVPRO® warehouse related activities. You will perform facility maintenance while following and enforcing all safety procedures on the facility and/or job site.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor, communicate, and respond to facility needs
- Organize and maintain materials, supplies and chemicals in the warehouse
- Maintain, clean and repair assets (equipment and vehicles) for use in the warehouse and field
- Maintain, clean and organize the warehouse and grounds
- Assemble and store vaults as needed to maintain organization
- Perform Weekly Vehicle Inspection Reports
- Perform Weekly Inventory Count Reports (Equipment and Tools)
- Ensure clear two-way communication with operations manager, production managers, office team, crew chiefs, and production technicians
- Understand and utilize all safety and risk management guidelines in the warehouse, on the grounds, on a job site, and while traveling
- Other duties as requested
Position Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and reliability for occasional on-call shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Background in construction, restoration, or a related field is preferred.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly, up to 100 pounds with assistance.
- Comfortable working in diverse settings, including heights, tight spaces, and varying weather conditions.
