Under a plan of treatment approved by a physician, the Occupational Therapist assists the patient in attaining maximum potential through application of occupational therapy principles. Provides consultation to other health team members. Consults with patient's family and caregivers. Evaluates home environment and makes recommendations.

Education/Experience/Skills/Qualifications: Current CA OT license and registration by the American Occupational Therapy Association. Minimum of one year of recent acute, SNF or home health agency experience.
