As a Training Coordinator we are responsible for all aspects of the training of our pilots. This is a complex process and the knowledge will build as different areas are introduced and assigned.

Multiple Software platform/windows are open and used throughout the day

Build schedules for tracking

Classroom
-
Training Devices
-
Simulators
-
Track progress and reschedule classes/students/sessions as needed

Verify instructor qualifications for scheduled sessions

Make necessary travel/lodging arrangements

Schedule, coordinate, and pre-assign other training related assignments as necessary.

Maintain excellent communication with Instructors, Pilot Records, as well as Flight Operations Managers and Supervisors.

Maintain knowledge of all Department, Company and FAA policies

Maintain reports as necessary in Excel and other programs.
Minimum Requirements:
- Proficiency in MS Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams

Strong data entry and computer skills

Exceptional customer service skills, written and verbal

Some flexibility in schedule to assist and work overtime to meet deadlines

Ability to work multiple tasks while maintaining focus and detail

Self-starter and motivated team player

Critical thinking skills for adapting to changing environments and processes

Ability to work well with others as part of a team
Physical and Other Requirements:
- This is a full-time position

Schedule is 4-10 hour shifts, Schedule will include 1 weekend day.

This is not a remote position. This position is located at our headquarters in St. George, UT

Moderate noise (business office with computers, printers, light traffic, and Group setting)

Sitting for extended periods of time in front of a computer and on the phone
