US Markets, Inc. (dba USM ReRents) is the leading aerial construction equipment re-rental company in the US, supplying straight & articulating booms & lifts, compact atrium crawlers, and telehandlers to large equipment rental yards/companies all over North America (who, in turn, rent these booms and telehandlers to the end-user - oftentimes a construction contractor).
High demand for specialized rental equipment (and USM ReRents opportunity for growth) spurs our active search for a Marketing Coordinator to promote the company’s re-rental equipment services and assets to existing and prospective rental customers. The Coordinator proposes marketing communications and campaigns that may include websites, social media, print media, and direct mail. Through the strategic use of graphics, logos, videos and other promotional tools, the Coordinator develops and implements the company’s marketing strategies (web-based and otherwise) to promote USM brand(s), attract visitors and potential leads, and positively impact the generation of rental sales.
Responsibilities:
As the Marketing Coordinator, your primary responsibilities would include:
-Identifying appropriate web and social media platforms and other tools to use in the promotion of US Markets’ services/products. Developing innovative strategies to attract customers to the company’s brand. Planning and implementing web-based marketing strategies and campaigns via the company’s website(s).
-Develop and expand USM ReRents’ exposure through social media, email, web advertising, and other online sources; promote company brand through these channels. Draft, implement, maintain, and revise online marketing campaigns to drive company sales and revenue.
-Collaborate with 3rd-party web development and design teams; provide guidance on all marketing-related aspects of the company’s web presence. Draft and assemble web content; monitor and improve search engine optimization (SEO) results for the company’s sites.
-Assess effectiveness of marketing campaign options. Gather material necessary to understand the sales territories and competition (literature, previous marketing campaigns, etc.).
-Track, review, and modify performance of marketing initiatives. Analyze existing website traffic and internet activity related to the company and its services. Evaluate success of campaigns. Report campaign results, and identify/recommend improvements to existing programs and new marketing opportunities.
-Draft/propose communications material for website(s), social media, print media, and/or direct mail. Present design ideas and recommendations to CFO and sales team for input and consensus. Distribute materials.
You will ensure projects are completed on time and on budget; collaborate with and coordinate communication among sales staff to complete projects; and research and maintain knowledge of current online marketing trends, web analytics, & search engine optimization (SEO) techniques.

Qualifications:
At a minimum, job candidates must possess:
∙ A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
∙ Minimum three (3) years’ related (B2B) marketing experience (internet/web marketing & marketing communications)
∙ Two (2) or more years’ experience using WordPress or a comparable web content management system.
∙ Intermediate-level skills in the MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
∙ Demonstrated skills in effective written communication
Preferred candidates will also possess a portfolio of previous (relevant) marketing projects, a familiarity with SEO best practices (including keyword search and implementation), and Construction industry or Equipment Rental industry familiarity. Grow your career with USM!
