Technology Aspect

Service Overview
We are seeking a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Contractor to join our Registration team in Arizona. This vital position supports the Supervisor of Marketing and Registration and the incoming leads throughout the registration process. Your main responsibility will be to guide families from “Lead” to “Registration Approve” status while meticulously updating the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. This dynamic role requires a blend of marketing and registration expertise, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to outstanding customer service.
Scope of Work
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Registration team to achieve enrollment goals.
- Assist in updating the CRM software to ensure all leads are actively pursued, and prospective students and families are guided to Registration Approved status.
- Maintain and update the CRM platform with accurate and current information on prospective families.
- Develop relationships through personalized communication and engagement strategies.
- Demonstrate excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and complex timelines.
- Perform various administrative tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
- Provide timely follow-up communication to unresponsive leads via phone and text.
- Utilize effective written and verbal communication skills to address questions and concerns from students, parents, and the community.
Knowledge, Skills & Attributes
- Proficient in both English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, the Adobe Suite, and familiarity with cloud applications such as Google Docs and Forms.
- Experience using search engines for research projects.
- Familiarity with student information systems and/or other types of databases.
- Proven proficiency in Google Workspace, including Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Calendar, and Google Meet.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to make strategic decisions confidently.
Education & Certification Requirements
- A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within a school setting is preferred.
- This is a contract position with no set hours.
