Job Summary:
As a Call Center Representative/ Customer Service Associate at our Full Service Pool Company, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your role will involve managing customer inquiries, scheduling service appointments, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels, addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate and schedule service appointments for pool maintenance, repairs, and other services, ensuring efficient use of company resources.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively, escalating complex cases to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Accurately input customer information, service details, and other relevant data into our customer management system.
- Work closely with field technicians, service managers, and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
