**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Representative to join our team. This role involves proactive outreach, including cold calling and in-person visits, to secure new locations for our vending machines. The ideal candidate will be skilled in negotiation, have excellent communication skills, and be driven to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Identify and target potential sites for vending machine placements, such as apartment complexes, gyms, and office buildings.
- Conduct cold calls and in-person visits to introduce our vending solutions to decision-makers.
- Build and maintain relationships with property managers, facility directors, and business owners.
- Present and negotiate placement contracts that offer mutual benefits.
- Organize and manage the deployment logistics once a location agreement has been secured.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop outreach materials and strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client communications.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
