Job Summary:
As a part-time youth therapist, you will be a part of a multidisciplinary team providing individual and family therapy to a diverse population. You will employ our person-centered model of care, approaching those we serve with dignity and respect. Our staff embraces cultural humility and is committed to ongoing learning and development related to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility. Opportunities for increased compensation are available for working additional evenings, and for therapists who are bilingual.
The Role:
Seeking an experienced fully licensed therapist (counseling or social work) who shares our values of Compassion, DEI, Collaboration, Accessibility, and Innovation.

Qualifications:
· Master’s Degree
· 2 years professional clinical experience, minimum 1 year working with youth and families
· LCPC or LCSW required
· Ability to work with multi-cultural and diverse clients.
· Experience with Medicaid Rule 132 preferred

Responsibilities:
· Employ the best practice methods of assessment and clinical diagnosis for assigned clients.
· Provide individual, family and group therapy
· Complete all required documentation within 48 hours of each kept appointment
· Link clients to other services outside the scope of the Agency and act as an advocate for clients with external service providers as needed.
· Promote access to services by working a flexible schedule including evenings and/or Saturdays to meet the needs of the community.
· Maintain a diverse caseload primarily including youth ages 6-17 and with opportunity for adults (18+).
· Adhere to professional standards as outlined by governmental bodies, NASW Code of Ethics (and/or other appropriate professional associations), private funding sources, and Organizational policies.

This position is a Part Time flexible schedule with at least 8 client sessions per week. Schedule can be customized for any weekday evening or Saturday to meet the needs of the youth population.
