Job Summary
The coordinator will assist the Directors of Student Affairs with student organization oversight in the College of Medicine including event request approvals, annual registration, and training.
Essential Functions
- Create and manage annual registration process to holistically educate new student leaders on university policies and expectations of their groups.
- Partner with the Student Government Association to review and approve new organization applications.
- Approve Event Request Forms for student groups.
- Advise organization leaders on responsible spending of organization funds.
- Serve as primary point of contact for approximately 200 student groups’ needs.
- Assist in community building and event execution through student organization programming.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Support team programming and milestone events.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or Equivalent .
- Minimum of 1-3 year’s experience.
Physical Requirements
- Typically sitting at a desk/table.
- Typically standing, walking.
- Lifting Demands <25lbs
Location

Additional Information
This position is classified as Non-Exempt grade H. Compensation for this grade ranges from $ 17.14 to $ 25.71 per Hour. Please note that the offered rate for this position typically aligns with the minimum to midrange of this grade, but it can vary based on the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience, department budget, and an internal equity review.
