Award-winning, growth-oriented, local, and well-established inbound call center is looking for customer service representatives (CSRs) for inbound non-sales calls, for the second shift: 3-11pm or 4pm-12am.
We talk to all kinds of callers: emergency and non-urgent, so you are learning constantly!
Each conversation that you have is scripted, so you know what to ask and how. You bring your ability to listen, be empathetic, engaged, professional, and address callers’ inquiries in a timely manner.
The available positions are full time: Evening (full time only) 3-11 / 4-12
We have a fast-paced work environment, where you must think on your feet, and express yourself eloquently. Spelling and grammar skills are a must.

To be a good fit you MUST have:
- The minimum of a high school diploma/GED
- Must live within a 20 minute drive of Bloomington, IN- we do not hire remote workers.
CSRs.

- Exceptional Dependability
- The job is typing-intensive, so a minimum of 30WPM typing fluency is required
- Experience in customer service is preferred
- Ability to think on your feet, with a strong sense of urgency.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
- Decisive, tactful, persuasive, empathetic and professional communication skills.
Excellent attendance is a must. We are an emergency call center and adherence to the schedule is essential.
