In your new role you will have the ability to make a substantial and meaningful impact on the lives of our clients as you help guide them through the process of buying, selling, leasing, financing and developing real estate in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Your compensation will consist of a salary AND a percentage of the income your clients generate.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a variety of residential and commercial real estate focused transactions and matters including negotiation of real estate transactional documentation
- Conduct appropriate legal research
- Enjoy a collaborative relationship with the other attorneys, paralegals and staff at the firm
- Maintain a useful understanding of changes in relevant laws ensuring the highest level of legal representation.
- Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law
- Conduct legal research using tools such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw
Qualifications:
- Licensed to practice in Massachusetts (and Rhode Island if possible)
- Familiarity with real estate transaction processes
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
