**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated Front Office Coordinator to oversee the daily operations of our front office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for treatment planning, coordinating patient eligibility and benefits, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
**Duties:**
- Coordinate and oversee all front office activities
- Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, handling phone systems, and maintaining office supplies
- Provide personal assistant support to dentists as needed
- Ensure smooth operations at the front desk by supervising clerical staff
- Handle customer support inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
**Qualifications:**
- Min 3 Years dental experience in a dental practice
- Previous experience as dental receptionist, or in a similar front desk position is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients
- Proficiency in using office software and phone systems
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
