About YOU:
We are looking for an Employee Relations Manager to join our dynamic company and provide services to our legal teams. You will play a critical role in maintaining positive employee relations, resolving workplace conflicts, and promoting a harmonious and productive work environment. You will also act as a liaison for our HR Director, HQ, and the locations you serve.
Responsibilities
- Conduct employee new hire orientation, introductions, and tours.
- Work with IT and Training to ensure all new hires have computer workstations, all software installed, and are set up in our time clock system.
- Assist with HR projects as required by the HR Director to ensure that HR policies and procedures are followed at location and developed continuously to meet overall business requirements.
- Coordinating performance reviews and initiating the review process for the office to ensure it is completed as scheduled.
- With direction from Human Resources, assist with completing personnel action forms for submittal of raises, title changes, promotions and transfers across all firm systems.
- Request supplies and equipment needed for location.
- Be the point person for all 1st report of injuries, Human Resources and OSHA log postings.
- Supervise, set up, arrange, and remove decorations, tables, chairs to prepare facilities for events such as banquets and meetings as required.
- With direction from Human Resources, assist/execute disciplinary action where needed on a case-by-case basis.
- Assist Managing Attorney with random items as requested.
- Providing payroll all quarterly bonus information.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2 Years of Employee Relations/ HR experience
- Experience using HRIS- Paychex preferred
- Computer skills including MS Access, MS Excel, and MS Word.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $73,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
