Windsor Windows & Doors is looking for an enthusiastic and charismatic candidate for our next Director of Sales. This person will lead a team of sales professionals who are responsible for growing Windsor Window & Door’s market share within the B2B trade industry. This outgoing and personable sales professional will become the face of our brand, have a clear vision for our company’s future, and will energize and inspire our sales staff.
Primary Requirements
- Possesses extensive knowledge of the window and door industry and have experience in millwork and building material channels.
- Holds a bachelor’s degree and at least ten years related experience with increasing levels of responsibility.
- Demonstrates the highest level of honesty and integrity.
- Exemplifies superior leadership and communication skills.
- Achieves sales goals and financial growth by coaching and developing our sales team.
- Increases market share by reinforcing existing customer relationships and nurturing new customer relationships.
- Exhibits confidence making product presentation and speaking in public.
- Travels nationwide 30% to 50% days out of the year.
- Manages multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Resides near our divisional headquarters located in West Des Moines, Iowa.
- Joins the company’s leadership team and will report directly to the president of the company.
