About the Role:
In this role, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing, coordinating, and managing all projects related to Marketing for 7 Leaves. This individual will need to be able to lead the development and execution of marketing plans, creative and brand management, data analytics, and consumer insights.
Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 (Exempt)
Location: Huntington Beach, CA (Onsite)
Job Responsibilities:
In the Marketing Manager role, you will have an opportunity to serve our team by:

Develop, implement and execute a regional/national marketing plans for assigned markets as an extension of national initiatives focused on driving in-store sales/cups

Build and identify key brand partnerships with community partners and likeminded brands

Develop and execute market-wide mobile app promotions and programs to drive sales and traffic

Lead internal and external communications for new products and promotions across executive leadership, internal stakeholders, franchisees and field Operations and agencies

Oversee 7 Leaves' brand entry into new and mature markets during pre-opening, opening and beyond

Measure, evaluate and formally report on marketing initiatives post mortem

Ideate and execute marketing/product calendar including but not limited to: events, activations, collaborations and promotions

Work closely with Store Managers and District Managers on a day-to-day basis to educate team on regional and national marketing initiatives and train team to execute their own local store marketing

Lead, mentor and drive professional development within the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment; identify opportunities for professional development with timely and formalized 1:1 feedback commensurating in annualized performance evaluations

Work cross functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, Development and Finance teams

Assess and identify growth opportunities through competitive analysis, consumer insights, menu, and macro consumer trends

Travel will be required for this position
Requirements and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (preferred) in marketing, communication, public relations or business administration or equivalent combination of education & experience

~3-5+ year marketing experience, preferably for a multi-unit restaurant or retail brand.

Strong comprehension of Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) as a measurement of growth and evaluation

Working knowledge of Objective Key Results (OKRs) as a directional management philosophy

Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, walking, climbing stairs and/or ladders, reaching, twisting, sitting and running

Must be able to regularly lift at least 50 lbs
