Marblehead Bank has four great locations across the North Shore with two offices in Marblehead, one in Beverly, and one in Salem. We have been serving these communities for more than 150 years and have always taken great pride in our talented team.
Marblehead Bank is currently hiring Tellers at all locations.
- Tellers perform a wide variety of teller and customer care duties to provide service to the Bank’s customers in conformance with established Bank policies, procedures, and customer care standards
- Duties include: processing customer deposits; verifying endorsements, dates, amounts, and customer identification for check cashing, cash withdrawals and deposits (within the limits assigned); processing and properly recording the sale of monetary instruments; processing loan payments; check cashing for customers and non-customers; and drawer balancing.
- Identifying every “moment of truth” a customer has to form an impression of Marblehead Bank, and create a consistent positive impression to earn customer loyalty.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in banking and cash handling, but if you do not have experience, we will train you
