Requirements:
Desire to be a part of a fantastic team!
Active RN License for Utah
BLS, TB Screening, Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance
Comfortable with electronic charting
Excellent assessment skills
Basic wound care knowledge
Wound vac and ostomy experience helpful, but not required
Experience with PICC lines, PACs and peripheral IVs
Responsibilities:
Developing and following plan of care including OASIS documentation
Performing home visits that include one on one teaching and working with patients and families.
Following orders and plan of care
Empowering patients to care for themselves and their disease processes to the best of their abilities
