FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN NEEDED – CENTRAL FLORIDA
We're currently looking for a Field Service Technician to join our growing team in the Central Florida area. We need to add an experienced technician that has Electrical and Mechanical experience with pumps and controls.
The position includes starting up, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing a variety of chemical feed, centrifugal, submersible wastewater and water pumps used by cities and counties throughout the state of Florida.
We sell and service pumps and related equipment throughout Florida, so you will frequently be at a different location each day. The days you're not in the field performing the startup of new equipment or servicing existing equipment, you'll be in our Longwood facility. Something different every day. This job never gets boring!
You will be involved with the starting up of new systems as well as assessing and troubleshooting problems for customers with existing equipment.
The successful candidate will be familiar with pumps and other rotating equipment. Electrical knowledge is necessary. The equipment we sell, and service operates on 1/240, 3/240, 3/480 as well as 4-20mA.
Education required:
- A high school diploma, GED certificate or relevant experience is desired.
- Knowledge of / or experience with water & wastewater systems equipment is a plus.
- A valid driver’s license with a good record and the ability to drive company vehicles.
- Pass a drug test and background check.

- Light electrical work, such as troubleshooting control panels
- Install and start up new pumps.
