Position Purpose
The Dispatcher position provides fast and friendly client service to both internal and external clients. They manage day-to-day workflow efficiently while providing best-in-class service to our clients. Additionally, the position supports general office duties.
Reports to:
Operations Manager
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Answer client calls; provide responses and feedback to clients regarding service queries.
- Schedule jobs for technicians.
- Primary contact for field technicians calling in for assistance.
- Make outbound calls to clients to schedule appointments.
- Manage client concerns and work to resolve them efficiently and effectively.
- Enter client data into the software.
- Handle office tasks such as maintaining supplies, compiling data, creating client thank-you notes, assisting with marketing/sales efforts, and general office admin duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in Dispatch/Client Service.
- Ability to satisfactorily resolve client concerns.
- Competency in basic computer programs (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional demeanor.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Bilingual (English / Spanish)
- Self-motivated with a sense of urgency to complete tasks.
- Able to work gracefully under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Reliable, trustworthy, and punctual.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
