Director of Business Systems
Position Overview: The Director of NetSuite Systems is responsible for leading the development, implementation, and maintenance of technology solutions in order to optimize organizational performance. This includes planning, developing, configuring, integrating, testing, and deploying systems to ensure a top-notch user experience. The Director of NetSuite Systems must be able to think strategically and tactically to evaluate and address the needs of employees and customers.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategies to manage and enhance software systems, databases, and applications

Lead the implementation of new software, updates, and upgrades

Identify, analyze, and document business requirements and processes

Define user roles, access rights, and security measures

Develop data models, data architecture, and data flows

Develop and maintain NetSuite configurations, customizations, and integrations

Design and develop custom scripts using SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteTalk
-
Manage system administration tasks, such as user provisioning, csv imports, analytics and scheduling scripts
-
Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics to meet business needs
-
Identify opportunities to increase system efficiency and reliability

Provide end-user support and training
-
Communicate with stakeholders to define functional requirements
Qualifications:

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field

7+ years of related experience in software development, system administration, and business analysis

Deep knowledge of NetSuite administration and customization

Proficiency in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, and SQL

Experience with user provisioning, csv imports, analytics and scheduling scripts

Strong database experience and data analytics skills

Excellent reporting, problem solving, and organizational skills
