Overview:
The Latino Counseling Center LLC in Springfield, MA is seeking a dedicated and experienced CBHI Program Director to join our team. The CBHI Program Director will be responsible for the direct training and supervision of assigned CBHI personnel (IHT Clinicians and TT&S) and activities, ensuring compliance with state requirements, and managing various administrative and clinical aspects of the program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct training and supervision to assigned CBHI personnel, including recruitment, hiring, termination, supervision, performance evaluations, productivity monitoring, scheduling, orientation, and training.
- Ensure compliance with Medical Necessity Criteria, Performance Specifications, and Service Definitions for In-Home Therapy, Therapeutic Mentoring, and In-Home Behavioral Services.
- Assist in training master's level outpatient staff on Care Plan Team responsibilities and Clinical Hub participation.
- Support the referral process and monitor case assignments; ensure timely family contact and manage the waitlist effectively.
- Manage MABHA for assigned sites, including monthly data submission and follow-up.
- Liaise with MCEs for troubleshooting, managing network management meetings, and follow-up.
- Participate in and support intake and authorization processes for services as needed.
- Develop and provide administrative and clinical training programs for CBHI staff.
- Participate in Quality Assurance record audits and other Quality Management activities.
- Conduct outreach to community providers to foster strong working relationships and awareness of CBHI services.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience.
- Knowledge and experience with CBHI policies and procedures.
- Experience working with EMR systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or a related field.
- Completion of a full-time clinical internship in a mental health setting.
- Independent licensure as LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in Massachusetts.
- One year of experience as a manager or supervisor in a CBHI related field.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and multitasking abilities.
- Effective communication skills to manage relationships.
- Reliable, responsible attitude with a compassionate approach.
- Commitment to quality in all tasks.
- Bilingualism (Spanish) preferred but not required.
Schedule and Availability:
- On-Call: Must be available from 8am-8pm.
- Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (1-hour unpaid lunch).
