Summary:
The role of the Administrative Assistant is to create, organize, maintain, and administer a pleasant and orderly work environment at the front desk of the designated office to ensure the professional and efficient functioning of the office and team(s), maintaining service excellence and making a great first impression with the valued Clients and Community.
Essential Duties:

Office Duties:
- Maintains a professional and inviting appearance of entry and all internal client-serving areas of the office (including lobby and conference rooms).
- Promptly greets all clients and ensures that they have a comfortable experience.
- Keeps common areas in office organized, cleaned, and stocked.
- Sets up meetings, calls, and offsite events as needed and required under the direction of the office leadership.
- Coordinates with Facilities Coordinator and IT vendor on all office-related IT issues and facility needs.
Administrative Assistant Duties:
- Answers the phone and routes all calls appropriately, demonstrating service excellence; takes and delivers messages for team members timely and efficiently; and assists in returning calls on behalf of team members when necessary.
- Performs general office duties such as processing mail, photocopying, faxing, filing, and organizing as necessary and requested.
- Communicates with all office members with regard to incoming information about files and also with team members from other Corridor offices relative to collaborative visits, files, events, and priorities.
- Opens new escrow files and places closing date on office calendar.
- Orders tax certificates.
- Sends out commitment letters, makes deposits and notates accounts.
- Manages the office calendar, including scheduling and maintaining awareness of meetings, events, training sessions, and guest appointments.
- Performs other specialized administrative projects and activities (e.g. database/spreadsheet entry, preparation of presentation materials, etc.) as assigned.
- Participates as appropriate in support of Corridor Title’s Value of Service to Community.
- Performs other tasks requested by the office leadership.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalency
- Prior experience as an office assistant or administrative assistant preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.24 - $23.40 per hour
