Job Title: Paralegal - Charitable Trust Administrator
Location: Foothill Corporate Center Tucson, AZ
Tucson Law Firm is seeking a full-time or part-time Paralegal with at least 3 years of Office Administrative experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing trust accounting, check writing and general office responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Experience in Conservator Accounting.
- Maintain accurate records of trust activities, including financial transactions and beneficiary information.
- Collaborate with legal and financial advisors to ensure their proper execution.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Prepare reports and presentations on trust activities.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in trust administration, trust accounting, or a related field preferred.
- Strong understanding of trusts, tax regulations, and financial management principles.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and other relevant software applications.

Our Pay-rate will range from $20.00 to $30.00 per hour depending on experience.
