Summary: Provide front desk receptionist responsibilities, greeting clients and guests entering the building. In addition, this position will handle a variety of administrative support tasks supporting multiple areas of the organization.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
1. Greet people entering the building, answering any questions, providing directions and alerting staff when someone has arrived to meet/visit.
2. Answer a multiple line phone system, manage calls by routing them to the proper extensions or taking messages and delivering them.
3. Know about our programs and services offered and be able to answer inquiries in an engaging manner.
4. Manage the building log of who is entering and exiting the building.
5. Process outpatient copay and deductible payments.
6. Enter finance payments into Quickbooks.
7. Responsible for making bank deposits.
8. Enter all income received onto the income log.
9. Responsible for payables of all standard monthly bills.
10. Accept deliveries and mail, organize them to be distributed to the correct recipients and ensure they get to the recipient in a timely manner while also managing outgoing mail and packages for pickup.
11. Order building and office supplies and keep inventory and monitor stock.
12. Responsible for maintaining master calendar for room usage.
13. Serve as the face of the organization, offering friendly, courteous service to those entering the building or calling in on the telephone.
14. Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying and data entry as requested.
15. Provides clerical and administrative support to the Executive Assistant and HR and Facilities Manager.
16. Is trained, proficient and able to back up intake as needed.

Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED and at least two years of training or experience in customer service and office support.
Reasoning Ability and Critical Thinking: Ability to define problems, collect and interpret data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. Ability to work independently with initiative.
Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Quick books.
