Job Title: Appliance Technician
Job Summary:
We are actively seeking a skilled Commercial and Residential Appliance Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in diagnosing and repairing a wide range of household appliances. As an Appliance Technician, you will engage directly with our customers to deliver exceptional service and ensure the optimal performance of their appliances.
Duties:
Conduct thorough diagnostic assessments on various household appliances to pinpoint malfunctions accurately.
Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, and ovens and also on Commercial appliances.
Apply mechanical expertise to disassemble and reassemble appliances as needed for repairs.
Utilize schematics and technical manuals effectively to troubleshoot complex issues and execute repairs efficiently.
Uphold a commitment to outstanding customer service throughout all interactions with clients.
Conduct on-site service visits to residential and commercial locations for prompt appliance repairs.
Collaborate closely with delivery personnel to coordinate timely appliance installations.
Requirements:
Proven track record in appliance repair and maintenance, demonstrating proficiency across a variety of brands and models.
Strong electrical aptitude pertaining to appliance systems, ensuring thorough understanding and safe handling of electrical components.
Ability to interpret and apply technical schematics and diagrams effectively in troubleshooting and repair tasks.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with a keen focus on client satisfaction and building positive customer relationships.
Expertise in equipment repair methodologies, ensuring reliable and durable appliance performance.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record, enabling flexibility to travel to relatively distant locations.
Willingness to work in diverse environments and adapt to varying job demands.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Experience specifically in refrigeration repair, adding depth to your technical capabilities.
Previous experience as a delivery driver in a related field, enhancing logistical coordination skills.
Familiarity with complex equipment assembly and disassembly processes, contributing to efficient repair workflows.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $1,000.00 - $2,500.00 per week
