End User Sales Specialist – Building Product Sales – Remote
Jayce Grayye Consulting is seeking an experienced New Business Development Professional for one of our clients. They are an innovative, entrepreneurial provider of high-end door and hardware products. As a Sales Specialist, you'll have the unique opportunity to leverage your existing network and our clients to drive revenue growth in the Northern Virginia area.

The Sales Specialist (EU Specialist) is crucial to our sales and customer support operations, linking end-user customers (project owners or managers) with the company. This role excludes general contractors handling new construction or significant renovations.

Essential Responsibilities
- Build and maintain customer relationships.
- Align sales activities with Sales Manager objectives.
- Represent the company to customers and vendors.
- Prepare estimates and quotations.
- Follow up on proposals and sales leads.
- Manage orders/projects for timely delivery.
- Accept orders at company-set prices.
- Engage with new and existing customers.
- Coordinate with customers for accurate delivery.
- Assist in accounts receivable collection.
- Promote products from established vendors.
- Generate sales meeting margin objectives.
- Collaborate on annual sales and margin budgets.
- Implement daily sales goals and objectives.
- Cooperate with internal teams for order completion.
- Ensure effective workflow communication.
- Utilize sales reporting and planning tools.
- Solicit specifications to increase sales and profits.
- Interface between customers and APV employees.
- Represent APV as a reliable, innovative supplier.
- Maintain field presence to support sales.
- Improve margins and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain high communication levels with customers.
- Communicate issues and results to the Sales Manager.
- Gather customer feedback.
- Take reasonable actions within company policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Structure & Compensation
· Uncapped commission structure with industry-leading commission percentage.
· Base + Commission
· Full-Time remote opportunity
· OTE 1st year $150,000+/yr
