Philadelphia Orthodontics team is seeking an enthusiastic call center representative to join our growing practice. We are looking for someone who is professional, well organized, and provides great attention to detail. They must have a friendly personality and meet our expectations in providing the best service possible.
Core duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Answering multiple phone lines
- Scheduling patients
- Making confirmation calls
- Completing referral forms
Requirements:
- Computer skills

- Insurance knowledge
- Dental or orthodontics preferred
- Spanish preferred

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
