We are a personal injury law firm looking to leverage its litigation successes and build a bankruptcy practice. As we expand our offerings, we are seeking a talented and experienced Bankruptcy Attorney to spearhead the development of our bankruptcy practice.

Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement strategic plans to build and grow a successful bankruptcy practice within the firm.
· Utilize our proprietary lead generation tool to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the bankruptcy market.
· Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients throughout the bankruptcy process, including bankruptcy filings, creditor negotiations, and court appearances.
· Manage client relationships and ensure the highest level of client satisfaction.
· Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to delivery comprehensive legal solutions to clients.
· Stay informed about changes in bankruptcy laws and regulations to ensure compliance and provide the most up-to-date advice to clients.
Qualifications:
· Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
· Ability to meet requirements for federal court licensing
· Active license to practice law in Texas.
· 5-10 years of hands-on experience in bankruptcy law, with a proven track record of successful client representations.
· Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Proficiency in using legal software and technology.
· Experience with lead generation and business development is a plus.
