The hours are Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm, and rotating Saturdays 8am - 1230pm
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and assist applicants and team members at the front desk
* Answer and assist with phone calls for potential clients, current clients, current employees, and potential employees
* Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while interacting with clients and team members
* Provide dispatching duties and relay important information to team members throughout day
* Sales/marketing - call future and former leads to offer service quotes and/or specials
* Perform data entry tasks and filing accurately and efficiently
* Enter team member tips/compliments into system and update Compliment Board daily
* Wash laundry throughout the day and ensure to make enough cloth sets for each team member for the next day
* Print out next day team cleaning schedule and prepare keys for the next day
* Accurately create and send contract agreements to new clients, follow up with client as needed
* Ensure next day clients’ agreements are received and attached to client file before first cleaning
* Collect payments for weekend cleanings and ensure agreements are received and attached to client file
* Day person: sort all incoming emails to the appropriate personnel to filter and address any important schedule changes immediately
* Send out Welcome Packet emails to new clients
* Employee Time Tracking: ensure employees have accurately clocked in/out for the day
* Assist with Quality Inspections on team members, as needed
* Indeed - review resumes and reach out to potential applicants daily
* Interview and pre-screen potential applicants daily, in person and by phone
* New hire onboarding: orientation
* Add new team members into system
* Complete background check and drug screen for new team members
* Maintain office clean, neat, and organized
* Provide Spanish/English translation with clients, team members, and management
Skills:
* Bilingual in English/Spanish
* Proficient in office procedures and protocols
* Strong front desk and customer service skills
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
* Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
* Computer literate with the ability to use various software applications
* Problem solving skills
* Data entry skills with attention to detail
