Duties:
- Provide administrative support to the office team, including answering phones, responding to emails.
- Manage and maintain accurate records, including patient or client files and other documentation.
- Utilize computer software to prepare reports, invoices, and other documents.
- Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling, taking messages, and handling mail and packages.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment, including restocking supplies and performing general maintenance tasks.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and addressing concerns professionally and courteously.
- Support office administrative team as needed, including scheduling appointments and handling billing and insurance claims.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned, including proofreading and editing documents, and providing general assistance to the office staff.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Computer literacy.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Ability to work in a team environment and support colleagues as needed.
