Compensation:
$50,000 yearly
Responsibilities:-
Ensure customer account information is up-to-date
- Utilize scripts to handle difficult customer situations and bring them higher up, if necessary
- Respond to customer inquiries, product and service questions, and customer complaints
- Regularly meet with sales lead to receive the newest service and product knowledge
- Find patterns in customer complaints and bring them to the team for improvement
Qualifications:-
High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
- Previous work in a customer-facing position
- Must possess exemplary interpersonal skills, communication skills, and active listening skills
