G2 Secure Staff is expanding and looking to add an Administrative Assistant to the team at Philadelphia International Airport (PHL).
Title: Administrative Assistant
Pay Rate: $19.0/hr.

The HR Administrative Assistant will provide clerical and administrative support and coordinate the day-to-day administrative operations of the company.
What does an HR Administrative Assistant do?
- Perform clerical duties as directed.
- Answer telephone, screen calls, take messages, and provide information according to established policies. Greeting and direct visitors.
- Answer routine inquiries and draft correspondence.
- Actively Participate in the Safety Management System (SMS)
- Complete and maintain personnel files, where applicable. Assist in setting up office system.
- Assist in care and maintenance of department equipment.
- Process new hires and terminations paperwork.
- Back up for payroll (when applicable.)
- Process the badging and custom seal paperwork and submit to the proper entities
- Maintain the active badge list and provide copies to all signatories
- Handle the processing of the badging audits quarterly.
- Assisting in orientation paperwork
- Process all USPS prints and submit paperwork to USPS via mail
- Reviews files for compliance and notifies Manager of compliance deficiencies.
- Keep Leadership informed of needs and problems in assigned areas, maintain cleanliness of immediate work area and report maintenance needs.
- Project a positive image and respond to inquiries from clients, staff and public in a courteous manner.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures and participate in achievement of company objectives.
- Perform other duties as requested.
What skills are required to Join the Team?
- Previous office experience Required.
- Strong organizational and customer service skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Word processing and typing and filing skills.
- Computer experience Required
- Ability to work as a team while focusing on details.
- Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of HR work.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft word, excel, outlook preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License. Required
Language Skills:
· Ability to communicate effectively in the English language
· Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and procedure manuals, and employee handbooks
· Ability to effectively present information, including in written form, and respond to questions from passengers, managers, clients, customers, and the public
· Must also possess and utilize effective listening skills

· Two (2) years of Administrative Experience
· Bookkeeping and mathematical aptitude
· Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suites
· Custom Seal credential process
