We are a National Real Estate Investment Company who specializes in Manufactured Housing Communities is looking for a Regional Sales Coordinator.
Ideal candidates should have at least two (3) years of Sales Management, has a general knowledge on how contracts are drafted and processed, must be tech-savvy, and knows how to operate basic computer softwares.
The general scope of the job responsibilities will include but is not limited to developing business plans, providing clerical and administrative support to the Sales Team and to the Company.
Responsibilities/Skills
· Drafting and processing of contracts, and leases accurately.
· Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
· Compile Sales report and monitor Sales effort.
· Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence.
· Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
· Ensure cleanliness of the Sales pipeline.
· Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
· Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understand their needs.
· Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Requirements
· 3 years’ experience in Sales Management
· Results driven with an “eye for detail.”
· Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
· Must have flexibility to work occasionally on weekends.
· Excellent monitoring, coaching and people management skills.
· Proficient in computer skills and software, including Microsoft Office.
· Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Can speak English and Spanish.
