This position is required to assist in vendor payment process through Checks. The employee is expected to collect the printed checks for vendor payments, put them in envelops and hand it over to the mail room. It also requires the employee to match the customer refund (issued) checks with the refund letters and similarly prepare them (put them in envelops) for dispatch. The employee may require to visit bank occasionally for depositing the refund checks received from customers/vendors.
