NAMMBA is seeking a dynamic, personable and detailed oriented individual for a administrative role to support the CEO in day to day operations. This is a great opportunity for an individual looking to contribute their skills and talents to support a mission based organization.
The Executive Assistant will work in a high growth mission based organization while supporting the NAMMBA Family of Companies.
Responsibilities:
- Developing business reports to provide updates on goals/objectives
- Heavy email/phone communication with clients
- Conduct outbound calls to potential members on behalf of CEO to set up introductory calls for membership
- Other tasks as assigned Requirements
- Previous experience in a non profit preferred, not required
- Excellent powerpoint/excel skills
- Extremely detailed oriented
- Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks concurrently
- Strong ability to multitask • Excellent memory and recall
- Four year degree preferred, not required
- Ambitious, motivated, optimistic

Salary is $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
