Construction Project Manager
Reports to: Owner
Job Description:
The Project Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of New Construction projects in the Greater Philadelphia area from start to finish. They are responsible for the coordination of project resources and sub-contractors. The Project Manager will also be responsible for the coordination of project schedules and budgets. This role will be a key member of the team that works on new projects and existing projects. This position is also a key member of the team that manages existing projects from start to finish.
Essential Functions:
·Manage project resources and resources from start to finish.
·Collaborate with other team members to ensure project success.
·Maintain a high level of communication with internal stakeholders, clients, and vendors.
·Perform daily tasks such as: tracking resources, scheduling meetings, managing timelines, and preparing reports.
·Manage the daily operations of assigned projects (i.e., schedule meetings, prepare meeting agendas, prepare meeting minutes, etc.)
·Assist in preparation of budgets for existing projects from start to finish.
·Assist in preparation of contracts with clients and vendors as they become available.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. Experience working in a construction environment required; Ability to read blue prints. Must be familiar with the 16 Divisions of Construction
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
