to join our collaborative, multidisciplinary Residential Team designed to provide crisis interventions and round the clock support to adolescents ages 13-17 years old living in the home.
What You’ll Do
As the Qualified Professional, you will work as part of a team to provide stabilization and treatment services to adolescents with mental health and substance use issues. These services include screening, evaluation, assessment, treatment, follow-up and after-care, communication with referral services in addition to individual and group therapy. All staff at the home work together to provide a safe therapeutic environment conducive to healing and growth for those living in the home.
How You’ll Benefit
You’ll earn a competitive salary depending on skills and experience between $18-$22 per hour. This full-time position has a schedule of Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm. We also offer competitive benefits to benefits eligible positions.

What We’re Looking For
To join our team as the Qualified Professional you must have in-depth knowledge of different therapeutic approaches and group techniques as well as their practical application, possess top-tier communication skills, be adept at problem solving and de-escalation in times of crisis, and be able to provide on-call support. We also require:

Must either meet the minimum requirements for a NC Qualified Professional with a Bachelor's degree in a Human Services field and 2 year's experience with the population or a non-human services field and 4 year's experience with the population served

OR Full or provisional substance use licensure or certification: LCAS, CCS
-
OR min of a GED and a be a CADC
-
Experience in SAIOP & SACOT group therapy facilitation preferred

Maintain valid state appropriate driver’s license and auto insurance for personal and agency vehicles utilized for work
