Document Control Analyst
Job Responsibilities/Accountabilities
- Facilitate the Document Control Process by receiving new/revised document requests and processing them per Shoals’ requirements.
- Support Quality Systems Sr. Manager in development and enhancement of Document Control System
- Write procedures relating to own job function and support others in writing procedures where appropriate
- Gather QC In-process inspection records and box for archiving
- Locate, scan, and archive Final Inspection sheets
- Issue and maintain Print Releases
- Issue and maintain Deviations
- Issue and maintain Quality Alerts
- Provide support and data gathering as needed for customer inquiries and customer audits
- Participate in customer complaint investigations, as necessary, for complaints related to this role’s responsibilities.
- General office support as needed (print WIP tags, organize quality lab office space, order supplies, run reports to identify and missed folders, update logs pertaining to alerts/documents, update attendance sheets, etc.)
- Support the implementation of ISO9001:2015 requirements
Skill Set/Knowledge/Expertise
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- Familiar with Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps is a plus
- Experience in Quality Standards Requirements, ISO 9001:2015, is a plus.
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work
- Responsive and service-oriented
- Support Quality Systems Sr. Manager on additional Quality Projects that align to the business needs.

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
